1. Business Information

Festive Fright Lights (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional holiday lighting and permanent lighting installation services. We are located in Kewanee, Illinois, and serve the Quad Cities and surrounding areas.

Our service area includes:

    •    Scott County, IA – Davenport, Bettendorf, Eldridge, LeClaire, and nearby towns.

    •    Rock Island County, IL – Rock Island, Moline, East Moline, Silvis, Milan, and surrounding areas.

    •    Henry County, IL – Kewanee, Geneseo, Cambridge, Colona, and more.

    •    Bureau County, IL – Princeton, Spring Valley, Bureau, and neighboring communities.

    •    LaSalle County, IL – Peru, LaSalle, Ottawa, Mendota, and surrounding towns.

2. Services

We provide:

    •    Holiday lighting installation and removal

    •    Permanent lighting installation

    •    Related services as described in your service agreement

For holiday lighting, Festive Fright Lights supplies and installs the lighting materials as part of the service.

For other lighting products (such as permanent systems), we may install products provided by the customer, depending on the product type and at our discretion. Any exceptions will be outlined in the service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

    •    A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing your service contract.

    •    The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.

    •    We accept payment by cash or check.

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services.

4. Limited Warranty

    •    Holiday lighting services are covered under the terms of your individual service agreement.

    •    For permanent lighting, if a manufacturer’s product fails while under warranty, we will reinstall the replacement product provided by the manufacturer at no additional cost.

    •    We do not repair or replace defective products outside of manufacturer coverage.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

    •    Provide safe and timely access to your property for installation, maintenance, and removal.

    •    Ensure electrical outlets and power sources are in safe working condition.

    •    Be mindful of the installed lighting and avoid actions that could damage the system.

Festive Fright Lights is responsible for maintaining the lighting throughout the service period, as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Liability

    •    We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, weather conditions, animals, or tampering after installation.

    •    Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

    •    We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Website Use

    •    All content on this site (including text, images, and logo) is the property of Festive Fright Lights and may not be used without written permission.

    •    You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
